What Does My Soul Want to Tell Me Today? There are no limits. If you perceive limits, it’s because you’ve created them for yourself. The most successful and even notorious people eventually realized this. They let go of limits, tore them down, or discovered they weren’t real in the first place. They followed their intuition.
Once you see that no true limits exist outside of the mind, you step into a different reality. Compared to the general population, it’s almost superhuman. Life itself begins to feel like play and there is a lot of joy and fun with play! The Root of Limits: FearLet’s bring awareness to these so-called “limits.” At their core, they’re rooted in fear. But what is fear, really? Fear arises from the unknown. And underneath that, fear is often tied to survival—specifically death. Take embarrassment, for example. Many people don’t speak their truth, don’t share their ideas, don’t allow themselves to be seen or heard. Why? Because they’re afraid of being embarrassed, laughed at, or excluded.
In the past, being excluded from the tribe could mean death. Our survival depended on belonging. That ancient programming still lingers in the mind today. But the truth is: it’s no longer real. In our modern world, exclusion doesn’t mean death. If one group doesn’t accept us, we can find another. In fact, modern life allows us to live almost entirely alone if we choose. But let’s go beyond logic—because that’s just the mind trying to make itself feel safe. The real way to find wholeness, completeness, and freedom from loneliness, rejection, or feeling like an outcast is to look within. Inside each and every one of us is the soul—already connected, no matter what is happening outside. It may be covered or veiled, but it is always there. Getting in touch with that part of us is the key to freedom.
Fear and Trauma in the BodyFear also lives in our traumas—stored in both mind and body. To heal, we must face this stored pain instead of endlessly pushing it away. That means learning to sit with our triggers. To allow ourselves to feel hurt—and to live through it. When we do, the wave of pain usually passes more quickly than we expect. But somewhere along the way, we learned the opposite. We suppressed pain. We buried it. And instead of one intense hour of grief, anger, or sorrow, we stretched it out across weeks, months—even decades. We told ourselves: “I can’t handle that.” But here’s the truth: we can.
Choosing to HealWe have the power to handle it. To let the pain rise and wash over us. To feel it fully and allow it to leave. This is what brings true health and wholeness. When we meet our pain with courage—and with compassion for ourselves—we stop carrying it in hidden corners of our minds and bodies. We bring it into the light. We embrace it. We love it back into wholeness. And when we learn to do this for ourselves, something beautiful happens. We can then hold space for others to do the same. We can let them cry, grieve, heal, and love—without judgment, without rushing them, without turning away. This is how we heal our people. The Way ForwardHealing begins with us. It begins with the courage to face fear, to dissolve limits, and to embrace the fullness of life without suppression. This is The Way. Much love, |

On these types of days, I must take time out for gratitude. I am thankful for my license. I can drive to the coffee shop and get a coffee. I get to listen to the kids working and laughing about some dumb kid things, lol. I have clean water and clothes. I am not locked up or being tortured. I can read, write, see, walk, talk, touch, feel, taste, and experience life today. I know the sun is shining so bright behind the clouds. Thank you, sun ☀️ Now, onward…. I like cake. I like to have my cake...
Consistency Crew You’re probably wondering, “Why am I getting these newsletters every day?” 😂 How do we reach big goals? One of the key ingredients is being consistent about taking inspired action. I’m consistent with some things — and totally inconsistent with others. That’s kind of how most humans operate, right? To get somewhere new, we have to break out of our current patterns. Right now, I’m in the pattern of being good — good with myself, good with life. By “good,” I mean balanced,...
